Johnny Depp is such a good boyfriend that he’s pledged to give up booze for his clean-living girlfriend Amber Heard.
That is Reason number one for why Johnny Depp is still Hollywood’s hottest leading man.
The booze ban is no mean feat for the renowned red wine lover. But hey, it’s one way to keep up with his beau, who is 23 years his junior. The Pirates of the Caribbean star met his 27-year-old girlfriend on the set of their movie The Rum Diaries and the pair have been dating ever since.
So technically, she should henceforth be re-named The Jammiest Girl in The World .
The pair was spotted out on a date night in West Hollywood earlier this month with Rolling Stones' pals Ronnie Wood and Keith Richards.
Perhaps that was the final rock n roll night out for JD who was spotted at a Stones gig last week clutching a non-alcoholic beer.
The A-list crowd included Bruce Willis, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Gwen Stefani and Owen Wilson who were all part of a select crowd of 700 lucky enough to see the rockers warm up for their 50 And Counting tour.
So that’s reason 2 ticked off, then. He has rock star friends! Rolling Stones-shaped rock star friends. And that’s one gang worth getting in with, as Taylor Swift knows only too well .
Reason 3: searching online for pics of a '90s Johnny and Kate Moss has become a national pastime. Could this couple have been any more perfect together? Look away now, Amber. Nothing to see here.
Captain Jack Sparrow is reason number 4. With Pirates of the Caribbean 5 in the pipeline, the love for Captain Jack just rolls on. Like Johnny, he is utterly timeless in his appeal. I.D.S.T.L.
Reason 5: Vanessa Paradis. That back! (which Johnny admitted is the first thing he noticed about his partner of 14 years ). Those eyes! The outfits! We thank Johnny for choosing her so that we could ogle them both at the same time.
